Over 15 years of ICT experience across networking, software development, ERP and managed services. Faisal served on the Board of Directors of Dhiraagu, the Maldives’ largest telecom. Before founding Virtual in 2006, he built the IT function at Novelty Group and led the network & PMS/POS implementation at W Retreat & Spa Maldives.

Joined Virtual after 5 years as Systems Administrator at Novelty Bookshop. Now leads all maintenance and service support contracts, and coordinates project delivery end-to-end — the point of contact our clients rely on day-to-day.
